Our floor cassette systems,  manufactured within our purpose built factory, offer the following benefits:   they can be dropped into place on site, reducing total build time  they reduce potential  'heath & safety' problems  on site  they save time on site due to improved accuracy of construction.
	Because our floor cassettes can be lowered into place, they create an instant working platform, enabling work to continue immediately.   Because our floor cassettes utilise the latest technological materials, including engineered 'I' joists and melamine coated chipboard, a superior product is provided.   Acacia uses 'Weyroc Protect'  which protects against water and moisture ingress on BOTH sides of the board for up to 45 days. It is CE certified and possesses the coveted BBA certificate for the board and for use as a 'rapid deck' flooring system.
A recent purchase has been a £75K automated sawing system that provides a faster and more accurate way of finishing timber frame sections. This means quicker and more accurate deliveries to clients.   The   system  can handle lengths up to 20 metres with precision cutting accuracy.   An onboard routing system automatically routs out simple shapes.   The system includes an integrated marking system that uses ink jets to mark each finished product with order number and destination.
